Introduction
Students of Dechapattanayanukul school ( second and third year high school with the help from fourth year high school ) worked cooperatively
to identify and know the common illnesses and remedies of the local community of Pattani. The said research project study was in relation to their lessons in English ( Mathayom 2/1-(Super Goal) chapter 8 pages 46 -51, Mathayom 3/1 for English communication who made the hospital staff interview and Matthayom 4/1 reading and writing –who surf the internet and had gathered the data ), and as also integrated to their Science health subject. The subject study also was made with a mission to upgrade the health system of Pattani whether it be for the formulation of new health program , budgeting , or for whatever other plans the local or regional health department has for the people of Pattani.
1.1 Goals and Objectives
The goals and objectives of the project study is to identify the common illnesses of the local community of Pattani, and learn the necessary remedies for each illness . To better understand the source of infection and how it came about, the period of days of infection , the indication or symptoms about the presence of illness and what method of remedy that must be apply for a particular illness.

1.2 Scope and delimitation of the study
The local 30 families of Pattani province and the provincial health department and hospital of Pattani

The local community of Pattani like any other place in Thailand was once reported to have been affected with last year’s illnesses and diseases for which some schools were given information about H1N1,FDA and other more diseases brought about by insects and strange weather disturbances. The said factor of infection can be seen during that time with some students who were absent from class room because some were sick and has fever.
With this situation The said interest of help triggered students from Dechapattanayanukul School to make, to investigate and study both the type of illnesses ,its origin,symptoms and remedy that will help inform the local community of Pattani.

What are the common illnesses and remedies for each illnesses in the local community of Pattani province.
The topic also includes the following subtopic information such as
a. Period of days of infection.
b. Source of infection-how the person acquired the infection?
c. The medicine and method of application whether traditional or modern application with doctor’s advice.
d. The gathered comment after the remedy as applied and the suggestion to prevent and stop the occurrence of the said illnesses.
